特定非営利活動法人日本オゾン協会は国際オゾン協会（ IOA ）と連携した活動を行っています。

国際オゾン協会では Ozone News と技術論文雑誌（ Ozone Science &Engineering ： OS&E ）をそれぞれ隔月発刊し、日本オゾン協会より正会員（個人会員 B を除く）の方々に配布しております。同時に国際会議および下記各地域 Group の地域会議等を開催し、技術情報等の交流を行っています。

また、国際オゾン協会の Nippon Islands Group(NIG) を NPO 法人日本オゾン協会内に設置し、 IOA 本部および各地域 Group との連携交流を図っています。
